The Century College CTL goal for this year was to: Establish a “Teaching and Learning Collaborative” consisting of faculty leaders of the various campus initiatives with the goals of enhancing collaboration, and offering opportunities to develop leadership skills and a “big picture” view of the teaching and learning initiatives at Century College. In tandem with that goal, CTL also worked to establish a common calendar for the initiative leaders to coordinate their activities. In addition to establishing the Teaching and Learning Collaborative and the common calendar, Century’s CTL continued to offer a wide variety of programming to meet the development needs of our faculty and to serve in leadership roles to meet the needs of our campus. This Final Report presents the highlights of Century College’s CTL programming and leadership activities.
